ABSTRACT

This paper develops a Grand Theory of Human Energy as a unifying framework to explain how human potential is transformed into organizational performance, societal prosperity, and long-term civilizational sustainability. Existing frameworks, including the Balanced Scorecard, ESG, and subjective well-being models, provide valuable but fragmented insights, lacking integrative explanatory power across micro–macro levels.

To address this gap, the study proposes a multidimensional construct of human energy based on the formula E = MC²BALEISKUTOPONE.TM, conceptualizing energy as an emergent property derived from multiple capital (M), core consciousness and adaptive capacity (C²), and sixteen interrelated variables. Methodologically, the study introduces an Energy Score (E-Score) calculated using geometric aggregation, enabling systemic measurement, bottleneck identification, and prioritization of interventions.
